3. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Fish Tale pieces. Eligible items can be returned within 10 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

Refunds are accepted if:

  • Returned within 10 days
  • Item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Item was not purchased on sale
  • Item is not earrings or body jewelry (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds are not accepted on:

  • Earrings or body jewelry (unless faulty)
  • Gift cards
  • Purchases from stockists or third-party retailers
  • Sale items (unless faulty)
  • Items purchased using a promo/discount code (store credit only, unless faulty)

Return costs: Customer pays return postage. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Processing:

  • Returns are inspected and approved at our discretion
  • Refunds, credits, or exchanges processed within 48 hours of approval
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account

All faulty items are handled under Australian Consumer Law.

  • We strive for accurate colors and images, but monitor displays may vary
  • Certain products may be online-exclusive or limited in quantity
