Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Fish Tale pieces. If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 10 days of receiving your order. Depending on the item and the circumstances, you may qualify for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
We Accept Refunds If:
- Your request is submitted within 10 days of receiving your order
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- The item was not purchased on sale
- The item is not earrings or body jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
We Do Not Accept Refunds On:
- Earrings or any body jewellery (including nose rings, belly bars, helix jewellery, etc.) unless faulty
- Gift cards
- Purchases made through stockists or third-party retailers
- Sale items — all sale purchases are final unless faulty
- Items purchased using a discount or promo code — eligible for store credit only, unless faulty
(All faulty items are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.)
Return Costs
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, if any.
Returns Processing
All returned items will be inspected once received.
Fish Tale reserves the right to determine whether the item meets our return conditions.
Once approved:
- Refunds, store credits, or exchanges are processed within 48 hours
- For refunds, please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to finalise the funds back to your account
